My movie pal Sal and me went to go see About Schmidt at the AMC 1000 Van Ness. Fortunately, after a half hour of subterranean parking circles, the movie was sold out. Using those amazing credit card machines (note: why doesn't everyone use this? Do you LIKE standing in line?) we scored two tickets to Old School with Will Ferrel, Vince Vaughn, and one of the Wilson brothers.
I had wanted to see this based on the dart gun ad alone, and I have to say that I was not disappointed. It never got too stupid. And every moment Will Ferrel is on screen is freaking genius. He steals this movie, but Vince holds his own here too. So sarcastic. So good.
What more can I say - you'll go, you'll bring someone, they'll laugh, and you'll probably have breakfast with them - IT'S THAT GOOD!
Go see this movie and you will get laid.
