Gabe's parents are from Kansas City and Saint Louis but his dad worked in the oil industry so he grew up mostly in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He directed two small films - "Fishing with Gandhi" and "Cow Monkey." He currently lives in Brooklyn.
