The mad lib below was written for Daniel Lee, who celebrated his 30th birthday last week. At last week's KML Cabaret -- which fell on Daniel's Birthday -- Jon presented this mad lib and asked for the audience's help in completing it. Now in the comfort of your own home, you can complete your own version of the Daniel Lee mad lib. Just grab a friend, have them read the words neccessary to complete the story, and then fill in the words indicated by the brackets with your own choice selections. Enjoy!
"The Missing [noun]"
Daniel walked into the [location]. He saw that his favorite
[adjective] [noun] was missing.
"[exclamation]!!!", he exclaimed.
Daniel [past tense verb] his [plural noun] and then [past tense verb].
He [past tense verb] Jon. He [past tense verb] Brian's
[item of clothing]. He [past tense verb] Paul a new [part of the body].
Then he sighed [adverb]. He walked outside the [kind of building]
and proceeded to [verb] all over the [location]. His
[personal possession] was never found. He vowed to never let
[well-known person or celeb] borrow his [item that can be part of a
collection] again.
The moral of the story is: Don't [verb] with the wrong [noun],
or you'll get [past tense verb].
Also - when blowing out a candle, blow into your finger, that way
the [noun] won't splatter all over the place. |
