What's your deal?: Brian Herrick is a teacher and painter with a BFA from the University of South Dakota. Brian splits his time making abstract paintings and teaching Art at the San Francisco Day school, where each year he guides the 8th graders in their endeavor to build sets for their annual play production.  Brian himself behaves like an eighth grader and uses words like "wack," "phat" and "dag, yo."
