Our little short film about the pros and cons of starting your own political party inspired by ladies' nether-bits, "The Vagina Party" (first seen as a sketch in Killing My Lobster Goes to the Polls) has made the cut for RadioALICE's 3 Minute Film Festival--Saturday, April 8 @ 8 pm at Bimbo's 365 Club in San Francisco. We are delighted as all get-out for director Michelle Dean, producer Sally Garbarini, writer John Kovacevich, and actors Tonya Glanz and Jon Wolanske. Go team! The competition is fierce... but we hope "v" no only will stand for 'vagina'--but victory on Saturday... To find out more about the event, visit the 3-minute's website.
And special note: "The Vagina Party" also made it into this year's Hi/Lo line-up, and is featured on the DVDs of our live shows--KML Goes to the Polls, KML Kisses a Toad, and KML and the Wonderful World of Science, yours to own and on sale now in our KML Store. |
