KML's production of Peter Sinn Nachtrieb's Hunter Gatherers has been one of the theaterical "must-see's" of the summer. Well, all good things must come to an end--and we will be officially closing September 3!!! Directed by Tracy Ward, and featuring Alexis Lezin and KML veterans Melanie Case, John Kovacevich, and Jon Wolanske, Hunter Gatherers is a hilarious tale of a dinner reunion amongst old friends that goes deeply, shockingly, hilariously awry. Performances are at the Thick House Theater (1695 18th Street @ Connecticut). Please note: Fontana Butterfield will be taking over the role of "Wendy" from Alexis Lezin on Saturday, September 2. Please also note: the theater is VERY warm--please dress in light clothing and layers.

"HIGHEST RATING! Exceptionally entertaining theater... An almost two-hour laugh riot... An engaging, astute, no-taboos comedy of contemporary manners that skewers the moral, artistic, spiritual, gourmet and even back-to-nature pretensions of our society." - Rob Hurwitt, SF Chronicle
